Rather than heavily butter the sheet pan, I put the batter on a silicone baking sheet. i also used half dark chocolate Hershey's cocoa and half Hershey's Natural Unsweetened. I did not spread the batter to the edges of the pan because I didn't want to have to clean baked on batter!
They're wonderful! Since they're destined for Bill's hiking buddies, and each of them brings a goodie to share, I cut them very small, making far more than 36.
