Ha ha funny Dave, in respect for momma Texas longhorn we had home made vegetable soup for dinner tonight. As the soup cooked today more than once I muttered the old famous quote from Clara Peller "where's the beef". The wife was not amused. Paul.

This is really, really impressive...and the very different treatment is...just right. You could have gone too far with this but you didn't...a great enhancement. And the calf is perfect too. Traveller
