Chequered Swallowtail caterpillar

In the four years before I planted the caterpillar foodplant for the Chequered Swallowtail (Emu-foot, Cullen tenax, pea family), I saw the butterfly in my garden just twice.
Now I see adults every day, and a few days ago I counted 70 caterpillars, including this guy.

You're creating a butterfly sanctuary! With 70 fat caterpillars like this one hopefully the foodplants will keep pace.
