I spent three days with my female friends, hiking together in the Karkonosze mountains. We had a beautiful, sunny weather and while it's Spring already in the valleys, we found winter conditions on the mountain trails.
The highest peak, Sniezka, (German: Schneekoppe), with an elevation of 1,603 metres (5,259 ft), is visible over the trees.
