Larry I recently met a man living like that. He had just come back from his holiday, Two weeks sleeping under a pier on the south coast. He absolutely loved the life. He smelled really bad, he looked really dirty. He was the happiest person I met for a long time. Of course they are not all like that, quite a few have mental problems and cannot cope with life the way we live it. Recently having had a lot of interaction with government help services, I can understand why they are out there.
