We've enjoyed eating there a number of times on various trips to Florence.
On a recent visit during lunch, we had a table adjacent to the counter where pizzas were being made.
This man was a true expert at twirling and shaping the pizza dough, and it was fun to watch him
as he created the pizza you had ordered.
