Dry Falls during the great drought during fall of 2016.
Dry Falls in Highlands is probably one of the most beautiful and most visited waterfalls in North Carolina. You won't have to worry about tourist swimming at this one, but if want a good photo of it without their pink shirts in it, you better arrive early.
