Day 49 - We decided to have an outing today. Ginny's garden club sponsored a trip to Bayou Bend in Houston. This particular place is a museum and gardens that was owned by the Hogg family. In particular, Ima Hogg. She was the daughter of Texas governor Jim Hogg. She was a very wealthy philanthropist who developed the Bayou Bend property and collected and donated zillions of bucks worth of art and historic furniture. It was toward the end of azalea season in Houston with many blooms on the ground. The grounds are very nice. We had a good walkabout. Today's photo is of Ginny on one of the stairs in the gardens. I like taking photos of Ginny.
