The peregrines are feasting on a Racing Pigeon. I found out that the CU on the band means that it is a racing pigeon, the 2016 is the year this one was born and the portion of another number #325 is the pigeons individual number which if we had the complete number we would be able to find out exactly where the pigeon originated from. I also found out that this is also a Blue Checkered Pigeon.
