I was happy with this image, and so glad I had the P900 in hand to get this.
To get one in the open, and with both the yellow tail tip and red wing tips was not easy.
These pretty birds came one day in December, one day in January, and now one day in February.
That will likely be it for the year. Three sightings in one winter is more than normal for us.
After getting this and a few other shots, I went to get my DSLR and 300mm prime quickly,
but the birds were all gone when I got back just a few minutes later.
