Melting at the Inlet

This time of year when its hard to get into the high country, I always manage to go somewhere close for a landscape photo fix. This place is only 30 miles away and can give some pretty good results if the clouds are present at sunrise.

With heavy snowfall this winter and now melting snow and added rain, the inlet stream that runs into the frozen lake is in constant change, with only the distant mountain that remains stable
