It's hip to be square!

my latest crochet creations.
10" pineapple & flower motif ~ simple basic stitches creating an open design.
a pattern I made years ago and found again to hook a new!
9" arrow & popcorn design worked in filet crochet,
a technique using double crochet and chains to make open and closed boxes creating the pattern.
I made this doily by counting stitches in an old piece .. no pattern!
I'm please to have finished it as there were lots of mistakes in the original, making it difficult to decipher the pattern.

They're both very beautiful. That you did not have the actual pattern says so much about your talent for this craft. Amazing work!

Wow! Impressive work. You mention "simple basic stitches", but there doesn't look anything simple or basic about the one on the left!! Both are fabulous. V
