Old Scrooge Christmas Ale - Silver City Brewery - Bremerton, Washington


8.5% ABV - This medium bodied winter ale begins with cherry, apple and candied apricots. There is a underlying flavor of caramel and shortbread cookie. There are just enough hops to keep all the flavors balanced. This should go perfectly with a fruit cake. Wish I had one to test my theory.
