It has been bitterly cold and most days the sky has been completely overcast and a dull white - not the best for photography! Yesterday was the first day in a while where you could actually see patches of blue in the sky, so despite the temperatures my husband and I ventured out with our cameras. By the time we reached Horseshoe Lake, the patches of blue were not as evident as earlier in the day, but we stayed long enough to get a few shots.
