Postscript in response to George's comment: 'moist sclerophyll forest' is a type of forest that is neither 'wet' nor 'dry' but in-between.
In the Herberton Range, there are tremendous variations in tree size, species composition and the density of the understorey that track variations in elevation and aspect mainly.
