Walking back from a creek where I did not see any platypus's despite waiting around quietly, I spotted this guy waiting for me to pass by but as usual, fairly camera or people shy so a few images was all I got.
This one was quite large at 1.5m. Check out the feet. Could be off an eagle. Certainly glad he was not 3 X larger
