Casselberry, FL

Well, we spent New Year's Eve taking care of sick and scared dogs.
Zane (on the floor) has some kind of skin problem that is causing him to itch and tear out most of the hair on his stomach and legs. He is now on steroids, Benadryl and antibiotics.
Sabrina had surgery on her mouth just before the New Year and is recovering from that.
Unfortunately, our neighbors thought that setting off fireworks from 6:30PM to 2AM would be fun. For our dogs, it's torture. They shake and shiver on the bed with us.
So this is pretty much how we all spent New Year's Day - on the couch dazed in front of the TV or playing on the computer or napping.

Looks like home, sweet, home. Very peaceful.

I like the photo, Lisa. Without the story, I would just think everyone was recovering from too much partying the night before. And in a sense that's true - it was just the neighbors partying and not your household. :/ Glad to hear that Bree and Zane are both doing better.
