Christmas Ale - Upslope Brewing Company - Boulder, Colorado

8.2% ABV - This Belgian Strong Dark Ale begins with an aroma of hard candy. The flavor is that of Caramel malt, crackers and some additional dark pit fruits. I have a feeling that a Fig Newton cookie might go well with this beer.
