knocking about Granville Island a few days ago, suddenly realized I was hungry...quite a few ethnic, and 'fusion' foods were on offer, yet a wedge of a supercharged pizza looked the most delectable.. .interestingly the vendors/cooks were not Italian, yet they certainly knew how to load up a cheesy flatbread with a wide variety of flavours
