Christmas Bomb Imperial Stout brewed with spices - Prairie Artisan Ales - Tulsa, Oklahoma


11% ABV - This full bodied beer starts with an intense aroma of tobacco. The flavor bursts forth with tobacco and chocolate before settling in with a wonderful melange of burnt chocolate, peppermint and a hint of coffee. The finish lingers with a profound chili pepper flavor. I just so happened to have some overly baked chocolate brownies that my kids made and the match could not be better suited.....So I guess the moral to the story is that if you ever find yourself with some overly baked brownies, go grab a bottle of this and you will thank yourself.
