I love this it is reminiscent of an Australian Native Flower so this contrast of textures is beautiful. V

It's a little difficult for me without knowing what this is. I find areas in sharp focus, and some areas soft. the colors are rich and vibrant, but there is a lot of noise in the red and shadow areas especially.

The colors are terrific. It's sharp with lots of Depth of field. Not sure why you don't like it??

Turned out very well. I've tried using them, with great difficulty ! Have come to the conclusion it's easier to zoom and crop ! V

Personally, I think it looks great with super color and good detail. I've never tried using one, but doesn't sound like many recommend them.

Nice bright and colourful image. I don't think I would use an extension tube here. I use one on occasion when shooting small insects.
