Ysbyty Cynfyn

Ysbyty Cynfyn, Ceredigion

Ysbyty Cynfyn is a small hamlet between Devil's Bridge and the village of Ponterwyd in north Ceredigion. The church in the picture (St. John's) has graves dating back to 1793 including those of the first recorded quadruplets in Wales. All four died in infancy from diphtheria.
