I think your right that would be a spectacular night/evening location to shoot and it's what...only 10 minutes from your place. Great idea.
We were there on a saturday morning and some kind of festival was going on. Booths were setup a car show was going on and a mariachi band was playing. It was quite lively, but maybe that happens there all the time. Paul
