Yarloop was the South Western Town burnt down in a huge bush fire January 2016.
Estimated to be about 392 kilometers in circumference
and burnt out 69000 hectares of land.
Some houses burnt and some did not. There was no rhyme or reason.
But it tore the heart out of a very close knit community.
There was a historic collection of steam engines housed in a huge building where enthusiast
worked on restorations.
Weekends and some days the museum was open for the public to view.
This photo shows some of the engines still in place where the building has burnt down around them.
