Yay! I finally got a shot of the recently arrived Belted Kingfisher at our ponds.
She is extremely shy and skittish, but patience and a bit of tracking paid off.
And I was especially happy when she swooped down from the dock and grabbed this crayfish
then returned to her same perch.
