Proving of will - June 30, 1740

New York Secretaries office the 30th June 1740

Then Personally appeared before me John Robinson being thereunto
appointed, David McCamly one of the subscribing witnesses to
the within written will, and made oath that he saw James Jackson
the Testator seal sign pronounce and declare the ______
Same __ As his last will and testament and that then he was of sound
& disposing mind & memory to the best of his knowledge & that
at the same time he saw Francis Armstrong and David Carr
subscribe their names as witnesses thereof in conjunction
with him in the presence of the said testor

Allowed(?) that on the day above written Hannah Jackson (Illegible)
Executrix appointed by the within written will appeared before
me John Robinson being thereunto appointed and was
swore to the due execution thereof
