Last Will and Testament of James Jackson - May 29, 1740 (page 2)

Ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last
will and testament.
Signed sealed published pronounced & delivered this
twenty ninth day of May Anno Dom: 1740 by the said
James Jackson as his last will and testament

New York Secretary's office the 30th June 1740
Then personally appeared before me John Robinson being thereunto
appointed, David McCamly one of the subscribing witnesses to
the within written will, and made oath that he saw James Jackson
the testator, seal, sign, publish, pronounce, and declare
the same - as his last will and testament & that then he was of sound
and disposing mind & memory to the best of his knowledge & that
at the same time he saw Francis Armstrong and David Car
subscribe their names at witness theirof in conjunction
with him in the presence of the said Testor
(signed) Jno Robinson

(Illegible) that on the day above written Hannah Jackson the
Executrix appointed by the within written will appeared before
me John Robinson being there unto appointed and was
sworn to the due execution thereof
