Also called green stain fungus. I can never decide if it looks more blue or more green. Usually one sees the stained wood and less often these fruiting bodies. If you are ever walking in the woods and see well rotted logs or branches, or even bits of wood, that look as if someone has stained them with this colour, that is evidence of this fungus.
