We had one last day in the Moab area and headed down to Canyonlands National Park. A stop along the way is Dead Horse Point State Park which I find a little bit nicer than Canyonlands. In the morning or evening the photography is very nice. If you look a little bit to Ginny's right you will see a flat spot where Agent Listorama conducts clandestine meetings with the Agency. He says it is camping, but we know better.
Our visit to Canyonlands was nice. The unfortunate thing is that the valleys are so wide that haze is a problem for photography. Even a circular polarizer can't do much to help. But the views are grand and the geology is interesting.
John, you should not spread disinformation like that! Have you forgotten your training at the academy? Now I must disavow any knowledge of camping or sleeping upon, or exploring the mesa inside the bend of the river. (By now I am worn out from disavowing so much.)
