Aunt Ruby's German Green

an heirloom tomato I start from seed every year.
ripening green with an amber blush.
a favorite for it's spicy sweet flavor.
this beauty weighed in at a pound and a half!

What a terrific shot of this huge tomato. It sounds like it is very flavourful, as most heirloom veggies and fruits are. V
