No, I haven't disappeared from PBase and I haven't stopped enjoying the galleries of my regulars but I won't be around much for the month of August and September as I will be in Europe choking several 64 gigabyte memory cards with Italian and Swiss imagery. Which will then take another 3 months to sort though.
(Edit 18 August 2023, 7 years and 2 days after this shot was taken (and 6 months and 6 days after Lilly died): "3 months"? BWAAA-HA-HA-HA! 7 years later the overwhelming majority of the photos from that trip still have yet to be tagged, described and processed. And don't get me started on the 2019 trip.)
I had wanted to do a cruise through everyone's recent images before I depart. But hey, I had wanted to do a LOT of things before I depart. Such is always the way, as I'm sure most of you know.
Assuming that I survive going to Gladiator school (no, I am not kidding) then I shall catch up with all of you (and with poor, sad Lilly) upon my return.
