2015 Wintry Emblem - Fiction Beer Company - Denver, Colorado

This 8.8% ABV oak-aged winter spiced ale starts with a pronounced combination of ginger and oak. Vanilla subtly creeps in along with just enough hop bitterness to counter-balance the other flavors. All of this makes me wish I had some ginger snap cookies to go with it.
