Town Lake Dam failure on July 20, 2010. Luckily it happened at night when there were no workmen on site. The original dam replacement had already been approved and started. That fact allowed Tempe Town Lake to re-open in about three months time. This photo was taken on July 21, 2010, the morning after the bladder failure.
