LOL. Duct tape works for almost everything!!! But I think this is the first time I've seen it used to mend a roof. Someone was at least trying to save the place from farther damage. Interesting how this building is zoned for "governmental / public use (general)". From Google Earth, there doesn't seem to be much left around it.
