Chorkor smokers are generally built like this one with drying rack piled on top of each other (nets drying in the sun on this one), but the fuel access should be smaller so that it draws better up through the racks of fish, evenly distributing the smoke and producing a more uniform product. Also a smaller opening for the fuel saves fuel which, when using purchased cashew wood, means less cost than with this smoker.
