Whilst on our holiday in Scotland we came across this beautiful church.
St Conan’s Kirk, Church of Scotland is located in Loch Awe, Argyll and Bute, Scotland. No-one who has visited it can deny that the founder’s vision of building “To the Glory of God, a House Beautiful” has indeed been realised.
It was designed by the self-made architect Walter Douglas Campbell, and built in 1881-6 with renovation in 1906
