Garlic Butter

North Berwick

There is a lobster hatchery at the harbour, where some people grown on small lobsters until they are big enough to be released to the sea.
Then other people catch them, bring them back to the harbour and sell them to be eaten.
This one is in a display tank at the hatchery.
