Standing over a cityscape scene custom uv and reactive glow paint/ink printed on fabric over standard east coast style flats. These came from Paramount Studios Show Services and were eventually on the wall in Tremont Music Hall's big room to the left of the Roll up door.
Why burn the candle at both ends, when you can use an oxy acetylene torch in the middle more people will see the light
