Sawfly species?

Fletcher Wildlife Garden

I can't tell for sure what this is, but someone left a comment suggesting it might be a sawfly, in this photo taken by Barry.

It is likely a Sawfly, watch in the next couple of weeks (max) for 'caterpillar like' larvae swarming the branches. BT is NOT effective in controlling.
