This bridge was refurbished less than six months ago. Up until a week ago this bridge was in very good condition. One has to wonder who in their right mind would place new boards over top of rotted out wood. Someone should be fired!

Response from the NCC says that it was an unanticipated failure of the structure and that it will be rebuilt. They say that it maybe at least a month as the bridge will be built offsite.
