Restaurante Submarino

Valencia, Spain view map

This is the main restaurant located in L'Oceanogràfic, Europe's largest aquarium.
I cloned out a light pole on the left side that was behind the building.

Chris's comment prompted me to do some research.
Spanish born architect Felix Candela used thin-shell reinforced concrete to create
his signature hyperbolic parabola structures. L’Oceanographic in Valencia, Spain
was his final project, which was completed posthumously (1997). The hyperbolic
parabola shape of the roof was inspired by the Los Manantiales Restaurant in
Mexico City, which Candela designed in 1958.

looks like genuine Candela refurbished, or if not a good imitation

tasty image...the design reminds of a giant clam shell, most apt for an aquarium...
