Mom and dad have monitored and assisted me 24-hours a day since the events of a few days ago. Last night dad slept on a pallet on the floor while mom sat beside me as I lay in my cat bed. She placed me beside dad and I slept with my nose pressed into his arm. It was very dear.
Today, for the first time in weeks, the transdermal Tramadol medication I take for pain is no longer managing my discomfort. My rear legs are weak and I can't hold myself up. Once again, they made the decision to let me go.
While all this was happening, I listened to the "Wisdomkeepers: Paqo Andino" soundtrack on the music system. The Andean flute music soothes my spirit.
