LOOKING UP.
Last Fall there were 3-4 pairs of American Wigeons at Mud Lake. They became quite accustomed to people. One pair stayed in the nearby river over winter along with Mallards, Blacks and one lone Canada Goose. This may be the same pair, now back in the lake. Hopefully they will nest there and surprise us with a nice brood of young wigeons.
