Virtual run
I collect medals from the Disney 5Ks and now from doing "virtual runs".
"Virtual" runs are done on your schedule, so you don't have to get up at 3AM to get somewhere and run on specific dates and times.
You can even break up the length of the run into segments, if you can't complete it all at once.
Each of the medals I have earned and the thought of another medal keeps me up and moving on days when I don't want to be.
From left to right - Hogwarts Running Club Ugly Jumper 5K, Homes for the Troops, First Responder Marathon (yes, it has flashing lights), P.A.W.S Rescue Run and Team T.A.P.S.
I only do "virtual" runs for charities and pick ones that I feel are worthy of my money.
