This piece of work was certainly made by an African but it is not clear if it was made in Africa. It is most likely to be made in Belgium or France. The emphasis is certainly on the number of women lavishly dressed and distinctively sacrves in four colours; white, red, blue and green. It evokes the constant debate on the wearing of Islamic scarves in the public place
