I did some Smart Photo Fix in Paintshop Pro X8 to bring out the shadows, brighten, tone map, and add vibrancy to Rosemary's bee photo. IMHO this reveals some yellow pollen on the face and yellow banding patterns on the body of a bumble bee. I don't see the patterns that a carpenter bee would have.
