Today, February 25, 2016, is the tenth anniversary of the beginning of a beloved institution called the Live Web Cam Putney, John Cooper's almost-daily record of a section of London, England.

The photo above is a copy of the first Putney webcam image posted on PBase (at least it is the earliest one I could find by searching though his galleries). It was posted for 25 February 2006, ten years ago today
