Zodaical Light

This thin triangle of light is caused by tiny dust
particles within the orbital plane of the planets,
which scatters sunlight. It is visible only in a very
dark sky, and this scene, from the foot of Kitt
Peak in Arizona, was the first time I had
seen it.
