February 10

Sugar Land, Texas

Walmart Parking Lot
This cat is fairly new to the life of living as a stray. I hope the people who dumped him here will rot in hell.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to find a rescue group who can help me catch him.
He hasn't joined the feral colony that lives in an adjacent field yet, so there is still some hope.
I feed him every day. Can't get closer than 10 feet, but he does come right to the food as soon as I walk back to my truck.

I HATE people who abandoned animals. You are an angel to help him and I hope he is rescued. I found my boy 2 years ago in 20 degree weather and he was skin and bones. I took him home and he is thriving. V

He's lucky to have someone to watch his back, even if his original owners clearly weren't people to do that. Mind you, that's an assumption; I suppose there's some remote chance that he wandered off, got lost and the owners are desperate to find him but it's less likely. Down here all cats (and dogs) are required to be microchipped so that any vet can just scan the chip and determine who the pet is registered to.

Poor boy, but there is Lynn with her very big heart - you are really a good girl!

Good going, hope he can be given a good home. Need lots of patience to make this happen. V
