Water Mules

Valley of Fire State Park, NV

In an effort to recreate a certain look of a photo previously seen by Glenn or Sam, we hauled in our own water to clean rocks, form pools and so forth. I was carrying the big blue one. Luckily, it was not a very long walk. Here, David graciously agreed to have his photo taken with the water.

You guys are truly dedicated! Nice that you shared this part of your experience. Sometimes a viewer cannot imagine the work involved in some photography! When someone else says hw lucky are to get this or that shot, it is best to just smile, :)

gracious perhaps, yet more likely grateful for the chance to finally stand still, and put down the imported water...you did carry the blue container, and I the other two...ironically we did not need it either, as overnight rains had soaked Pink Canyon...the weather this day was so cool and damp, luckily we were all appropriately dressed..
